Our shops and community groups been working together to create a day-long Village-wide day filled with activities, all leading up to our annual Christmas parade.

• 10am Letters to Santa

  The elves at Mamba’s Creations are hosting a special mailbox that sends your letters straight to Santa! Stop in and enjoy some hot cocoa and cookies while you write your letter. FREE

• 11am Winter Storytime at The Moffat Library

  6 West Main Street
  To coincide with other events going on in the village, children & their families are invited to stop by for a winter-themed story plus grab a holiday take & make craft to go! FREE

• 12pm Whoville Shopping Village

  Shop local! This annual tradition brings out the best of our local artisans and crafters.

• 1pm Holiday Haven

  Need a break? What a Girl Wants is creating a unique shopping experience with Mimosas, charcuterie and special promotions because it’s going to be a long day and Mom needs a little break!

• 2:30pm Cookie Decorating

  44 East Main Street
  Join VFW Auxiliary 8691 and GR Tours as they support our local food pantry this season with some fun cookie decorating before the parade. Must preorder your cookie kit (no kits available at the door)
  Your $20 kit includes:

  *Boxed to take home
  Choice of: Traditional Gingerbread or Holiday Sugar Cookie Kits

  The Lot at Amada’s Kitchen
  Yet another warm and cozy spot to watch the parade! Join Amada’s as they set up bonfires and games while introducing their NEW churro bites and signature Mexican hot chocolate.

• 6pm BGCC Holiday Parade

  Route 94
  All are welcome to join the Blooming Grove Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate our 13th Annual Christmas Parade. Always on the first Saturday in December, rain or shine!!!! Parade starts an Vern Allen Park, goes all along Main St/Rt 94 and ends with Santa performing the annual tree lighting ceremony at the corner or RT 208 and RT 94 (the square).
