Norbert Noe 5th Annual Holiday Lights Decorating Contest

This contest was named to honor our first winner, Norbert Noe, who passed away unexpectedly in 2021. He loved the holidays and when he found out he won, he said “Wait till you see what I do next year” He will forever be remembered in this town as a great man and our Best of the Best winner!
Top residence and top business will be awarded a beautiful trophy for The Most Festive Award a.k.a Best of the Best.

Winners will be emailed by Dec 26th to arrange delivery of the prize.
