Route 94 from L Vern Allen Park (Ahern Boulevard) to Veteran’s Memorial Park

4pm, entrance at Toleman Road & Decker Drive

Staging Area at Taft Elementary 4pm

If you need to decorate your vehicle or gather your group.  The parking lot at Taft Elementary will be available.
