Carole McCann moved to Salisbury Mills from Brooklyn, NY in 1980 with her husband and two small children, immediately immersing herself in her new town, volunteering in local groups, PTA, Scouts, Little League, Soccer, etc.

Having obtained her real estate license in 1986, Carole opened  Hudson Heritage Realty in 1991 and remains Broker/Owner of this company serving the real estate needs of our town today.

Carole has served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Association of Realtors and is past president of the Orange County Association of Realtors. She is a NYS Certified Real Estate Instructor and Certified Mediator for the National Association of Realtors. She is also a recipient of the prestigious “Realtor of the Year” award.

Carole served as President of the Blooming Grove Chamber from 1990-2010, was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Blooming Grove Volunteer Ambulance Corps, serving as a volunteer EMT for 10 years, is a member of the Salisbury Mills Fire Department and has served on the Town of Blooming Grove Board of Assessment Review for more than 25 years. Carole was also one of the founders of the Grape Harvest Festival.
